We currently only ship inside the UK. But we’d be pleasantly surprised if you do require international shipping, whilst we don’t have it set up on the website, please send us an email and we will sort something out for you.
All our shipments are sent via Royal Mail, if it’s good enough for the Queens face then it’s good enough for us.

We aim to dispatch our orders within 1-2 business days.
All our products are hand packaged to try and get them to your kitchen in top condition. However, if something does go wrong and they arrive damaged please notify us by email within 48 hours of delivery so we can fix things for you.
Returns & Refunds
We’d hate for you to not be completely satisfied, if this is the case let us know and we will try and get a smile back on your face.
If you wish to return something, you have 14 days from receiving your delivery to notify us. All returns must be unused and in the original packaging.
We’re not quite as big as Amazon just yet so you will be responsible for all return postage.
